Meet Lamar Culpepper

“For each and every client, I commit to providing experiences in adult education for professional or personal development needed most to assure optimal performance in work and in life. The keys to fulfilling any purpose, whether business or personal, are first having integrity beyond the ordinary and then creating and adhering to a purpose for which we and others are inspired. Are people engaged for their values being acknowledged and respected? I implement uncommon education that is effective for well-designed experiential practices for developing skill in self-management, in communications, and for negotiating through conflicts. For effective leadership, what rapport, trust, and influence are evident that, rather than having to ‘get them to do’ what you want, people freely choose to follow you?”

“What you didn’t know can make all the difference
...when you know!”
